Food Engineer & Hygiene Instructor

Hazal Bostancıeri was born in 1991. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Gaziantep and his university education in Food Engineering at Kahramanmaras Sutcu Imam University. While completing his university education, he took his first step into business life and worked as a barista in a franchised cafe. After graduation, his first job as a food engineer was as the responsible manager of a contracted catering company within the scope of Kahramanmaras Metropolitan Municipality Ramadan fast-breaking project. Later, he started to work as a cost control officer in the social facilities of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality. After 2 years, he made a unit change in the same body and was appointed as Food Engineer. He still continues this duty in all social facilities, especially in the Culinary Arts Center. He took part in the certification of the enterprise by passing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System processes, and the participation of the enterprise in the system by carrying out the process of Pearson accreditation. Now he continues to work in the Musem Academy educator staff.
